There are two main ways to share a PDF. The first way is by using a file-sharing service such as Dropbox. All you have to do is upload your file, import the PDF you want to create a link for, and click “Share”.

Sharing a PDF with Google Services is just as simple as sharing other documents in Google. All you have to do is select the file, then choose either the “get link” or “share” menu options. You can also share a file stored on Google Drive as either a link or an attachment within Gmail.

Additionally, Google allows you to attach a PDF to Google Calendar events, making it easy for you and your collaborators to have quick access to the document in meetings.
