When discussing cranes and the movements done to build, dismantle, and hoist a tower crane cost, it is important to follow the protection and safety instructions and strictly control each step. Furthermore, the lifting frame needs to be connected to the last section of the common area. The boom needs to be strengthened, and the meshing between the rotary support large teeth ring and the rotary pinion needs to be checked. Also, ensure the plywood on the boom isn’t warped, get the pin roll and split pin ready, and put the handrail in place. When lifting the balancing arm and jib boom, the pulley group must wear the rope in a way that is exact to the specifications. The person in charge of the steel rope has to keep their mind on the job and hoist carefully.
Watch for signs of use and abuse. If the steel rope gets tangled, it’s important to remember that the lifting speed should stay the same as the speed of the pull rope. After lifting the pull rod, connect each part of the connection to see if it meets the requirements for installation. After every time the balance arm and jib boom are lifted, the wear on the steel rope must be checked to ensure it is still in good shape. After the bugs have been fixed, raise the crane’s boom.
