How to Install Tower Crane at Low Cost?

When discussing cranes and the movements done to build, dismantle, and hoist a tower crane cost, it is important to follow the protection and safety instructions and strictly control each step. After the adjustment, the nut needs to be tightened, but two nuts need to be drawn on each shoe’s foot edge. When connecting and pulling with the chassis, you must use a high-strength bolt and nut. This step must be done carefully for both the mast and the other parts.

Putting in Place the Vertical Section:

Put the erection in the bottom part of the transverse abdominal rod using the derrick, and then put the guard in place. Next, please turn on the hoist and make it move slowly. Check for signs of the bit rope phenomenon and ensure the fastening part meets the requirements for operation. After you tighten the nut:

  1. Use a balanced level to see if the four support points are flat. The difference shouldn’t be more than 1.5 mm; if it is, a steel plate needs to be put between the base and the chassis to tighten it.
  2. Put the frame on the base of the tower crane.
  3. Use the pressing plate and nut to connect the chassis to the base.

Putting the Mast Section in Place:

It is lifting one mast section of the tower crane to the top of the standard section and turning the derrick to point at the mast section. Furthermore, letting the lifting mechanism loosen the rope and let the legal department fall to the top of the base section. Now by aligning the connection hole, connecting and tightening the nut with a high-strength bolt, using the same method to install the mast section and put together four sets of inclined poles. It’s important to remember that you can’t pull or adjust with a big rope while using an adjustable wrench to spin the upright stem to change where the work piece is.

Setup of the Slewing Mechanism, the Top of the Tower, and the Driving Cab:

Before lifting the slewing mechanism, the up and down rotary table must be removed. The lower turntable needs to be made with the rotary support, and the upper turntable needs to be made with the slewing mechanism. Furthermore, the lifting frame needs to be connected to the last section of the common area. The boom needs to be strengthened, and the meshing between the rotary support large teeth ring and the rotary pinion needs to be checked. When lifting the tower top, you need to put two transition plates in the direction of the jib boom, where you should also put a long pull rod and a short pull road.

You should put the top two pull rods on the top of the tower in the direction of the balancing arm. The next step is to put together the driving cab, the platform, the railing, and the ladder. After you’ve started to lift, you should put the support pin into the connecting part and finish putting it together.

Keep the Arm and Boom in Balance:

Before putting in the balancing arm and the jib boom, connect the draw rod to the crash and make sure it is secure. Also, ensure the plywood on the boom isn’t warped, get the pin roll and split pin ready, and put the handrail in place. When lifting the balancing arm and jib boom, the pulley group must wear the rope in a way that is exact to the specifications. The person in charge of the steel rope has to keep their mind on the job and hoist carefully.

Watch for signs of use and abuse. If the steel rope gets tangled, it’s important to remember that the lifting speed should stay the same as the speed of the pull rope. After lifting the pull rod, connect each part of the connection to see if it meets the requirements for installation. After every time the balance arm and jib boom are lifted, the wear on the steel rope must be checked to ensure it is still in good shape. After the bugs have been fixed, raise the crane’s boom.

Conclusion:

Tower crane costs have always been the “work horses” of the building industry, and this won’t change soon. They made it possible for us to build faster and higher than we could have thought possible before. Because they don’t take up much space on a building site and can lift a wide range of loads, construction companies will continue to prefer to use them.
